### ⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

- Configuration variable `SLS_OTEL_USER_SETTINGS` is renamed to `SLS_EXTENSION`
- Introduce new mandatory `orgId`, `namespace` and `environment` settings (required by the Serverless Console)
- Extension is no longer observability tool agnostic. It's reconfigured to report specifically to the Serverless Console.
  At the same time its configuration settings are simplified:
  - Support for `destination` in all configuration groups is dropped.
  - New required `ingestToken` property is introduced (for injection of kinesis server authentication token)
  - Support for `metrics.outputType` and `traces.outputType` was removed (reports are hardcoded to be send in protobuf.
